This complex is charaterized by small size apartments and gardens, will spread over 2,500 meters square of land, which will consist of about 25 accommodation unites ready for use, together with balconies and parking spaces.

The guest units planned for this project will 36 square meters with a balcony of 12 meters square to 40 square meters. Each unit has a scenic balcony overlooking the lake.
