The head entrepreneur of the Waterfront S. Teresa is architect Yehiel Tsubery, who is of great reputation and experience. His vision for this next project mixes natural clean forms with modern innovation and is nothing short of remarkable. In addition, his ability to take investment projects from just an idea to its final income generating production is the ultimate display of his drive and determination.
The project oversees the Bocche di Bonifacio on the Island of Sardegna, Italy, and will spread over 4,000 meters square on two plots of land. It will consist of about 50 accommodation units ready for use together with private balconies, gardens and parking.
Additionally, in each of the two complexes there will be common areas which will consist of outdoor pools, lounge, and reception areas.
Our project, Waterfront S. Teresa is found on the northern marina of Sardegna, Italy, which is known as one of the most lovely places in Italy to visit. The areas along this marina, as well as the adjacent city of S. Teresa Gallura, are also known as having a high demand for short term guest units and are a significant location for tourism and development.
The business model at the heart of this project is the acquisition of a lucrative vacation unit on an Italian Island for short term renting, administered by a full service management company at the direction of the unit owners.
The guest units planned for this project will vary from a built area of 45-90 sqm with balconies of 25-80 sqm. All units consist of private parking spaces and some will also have individual storage units. The apartments are designed as living units though the architecture is meticulously planned to be ideal for short term renting as well.
