The entrepreneurs of project Perledo Como lake are architects Arturo Montanelli and Yehiel Tsubery, who are of great reputation and experience.
The project oversees the "Gold Triangle" in Como lake and will spread over 9,000 meters square of two lands, which will consist of about 50 accommodation unites ready for use, together with private gardens and parking spaces.
additionally, in every one of the resorts there will be common areas which will consist of outdoor pools, a barbeque area, elevators, a lounge, and a reception point.
Como lake is placed in the lake district of northern Italy, which is known as one of the prettiest places in Italy and where there is high demand for short term guest units. The town of Perledo has a unique and quality location, near Varenna and Bellagio, a region characterized by significant tourism development in recent years.
The business model at the heart of this project is the acquisition of a lucrative vacation unit in Italy, for short term renting, administrated by an administrative company in the ownership of the unit owners.
The guest units planned for this project will vary from built 35 square meters with a garden of 25 meters square, to built 95 square meters with a garden of 160 square meters. All units consist of a parking space and some will have a storage unit and\or a roofed parking place. The units are designed to use as family units, and combine a meticulous architectural planning suited for short term renting as well. Each unit has a scenic garden overlooking the lake, upon a separate lot, a heating and cooling system, private parking space, and structural preparation for hot tub or Jacuzzi.
